These Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclosures apply to AI Options Desk ("AOD," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, market research, alerts, Discord and Telegram communities, email communications, social-media content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Educational and informational purposes only

AOD provides general, impersonal market commentary, research, educational material, scanner results, and trade alerts. The Services are not personalized for your financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax position, or portfolio. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold a security; an offer to provide investment-advisory or brokerage services; or a guarantee that any trade, strategy, alert, or analysis will be profitable.

AOD is not your broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, portfolio manager, or tax adviser. We do not place trades, manage subscriber accounts, hold customer funds, or exercise authority over subscriber assets. You are solely responsible for evaluating each trade and deciding whether it is appropriate for you. Consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding your individual circumstances.

Trading and options risk

Trading stocks, exchange-traded funds, indexes, and options involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of the capital committed to a trade. Certain strategies, including uncovered option writing, short selling, leveraged positions, and margin trading, may produce losses exceeding the initial investment. Only risk capital—money you can afford to lose without jeopardizing your financial security or lifestyle—should be used for trading.

Options may lose value rapidly because of changes in the underlying security, volatility, time decay, liquidity, interest rates, market conditions, and proximity to expiration. An option buyer may lose the entire premium paid. Certain option sellers may face substantial or theoretically unlimited losses. Spread positions remain subject to execution, assignment, expiration, and maximum-loss risks.

Alerts, data, and execution

An alert is not an instruction to trade. Market prices may change materially before you receive or act on an alert. You may be unable to obtain a displayed entry or exit price because of latency, volatility, liquidity, bid-ask spreads, trading halts, order priority, technology failures, or other market conditions. Your results may differ because of timing, order type, position size, commissions, fees, slippage, taxes, assignment, exercise, and other factors.

Market data, scanner output, artificial-intelligence analysis, calculations, commentary, and alerts may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or incorrect. AI-generated or AI-assisted material may contain errors or unsupported conclusions. Independently verify all information before using it to make a trading decision.

AOD does not guarantee continuous, immediate, sequential, or error-free delivery. Website, market-data, AI, scanner, Discord, Telegram, Tradier, MCP, internet, hosting, and other third-party interruptions may delay or prevent delivery.

Past and hypothetical performance

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. No representation is made that any subscriber will achieve results similar to those presented by AOD. Unless expressly identified otherwise, published results represent alert or model-trade performance, not the performance of a subscriber account. Results may not reflect commissions, fees, bid-ask spreads, slippage, taxes, position-sizing differences, liquidity constraints, assignment, or compounding.

Hypothetical, simulated, backtested, or model results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading and may have been prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Simulated results cannot fully account for liquidity, execution difficulty, financial risk, or a trader's ability to follow a strategy during losses. Actual results may differ materially. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Conflicts of interest

AOD and its owners, contributors, or affiliates may hold or trade securities discussed through the Services before, during, or after publication. Their positions may differ from an alert, and they may close or modify a position without notifying subscribers unless expressly stated otherwise. Any material sponsored or compensated relationship relevant to published content will be disclosed where required.

Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and subscriptions are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Plan-level terms are set out in the Subscription Agreement, which supplements these terms. Paid subscriptions provide access to digital research, alerts, community channels, and other features described for the selected plan. Subscriptions are billed through Whop or another payment provider identified at checkout. The price, billing interval, and included features are shown before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable subscription price and taxes on each renewal date.

No-refund policy

AOD provides digital goods and subscription services. Once a subscription is purchased or renewed, no refunds, returns, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided, including when you do not use the Services, do not complete activation steps, dislike the content, miss an alert, or forget to cancel before renewal, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, billing interval, and renewal terms before purchasing. Contact support@aioptionsdesk.com before purchasing if you have questions.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel through your Whop account or the payment provider identified at checkout. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Once a renewal payment has been processed, the subscription is considered renewed and the no-refund policy applies.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period. Unless access is terminated for a violation of these terms, you may continue using the paid Services through the end of the period already purchased.

Digital delivery

Access is delivered electronically and may require you to connect or activate third-party accounts, including Whop, Discord, or Telegram. You are responsible for completing required activation steps and maintaining compatible accounts and devices. If paid access is not available within one trading day after you complete all required steps, contact support@aioptionsdesk.com.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not share paid alerts or subscriber-only material, share credentials, copy or republish AOD content, scrape the Services, resell or commercially exploit content, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with the Services, impersonate AOD, or use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

The Services, including their text, graphics, branding, research, alert formats, scanner output, compilations, and original content, are owned by AOD or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your own educational use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security risks, or unauthorized distribution.

Third-party services

The Services may depend on or link to Whop, Discord, Telegram, Tradier, social-media platforms, market-data providers, and other third parties. AOD does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies, content, or actions. Information submitted to a third party is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services. Market coverage, alert frequency, features, delivery channels, prices, and operating hours may change. We do not guarantee any minimum number of alerts or profitable opportunities.

Warranty and liability limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AOD and its owners, contributors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect your name, email address, username, account and subscription status, payment and transaction details supplied by our payment provider, connected-service identifiers, messages and support requests, marketing preferences, IP address, device and browser information, cookies, logs, and usage information. AOD does not directly store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed by Whop or another payment provider.

How we use information

We use information to provide and administer the Services; create and secure accounts; process subscriptions and confirm access; deliver alerts, research, marketing, and service communications; respond to support requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing; analyze and improve the Services; and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, community access, security, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and support account administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. We may still send account, billing, security, and other service-related notices. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and international users

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you access the Services outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
