Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement supplements the AI Options Desk Terms of Service. By purchasing or using an AI Options Desk ("AOD") subscription, you agree to this Agreement and the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosures.

Subscription Plans

Community

Free

Community access may include:

• Weekly macro calendars;
• Week-in-review content;
• General market commentary;
• Open Discord channels; and
• Published performance information.

The Community plan does not include live trade alerts.

Swing Stocks & Credit Spreads

$49/month or $490/year

This plan may include:

• Defined-risk credit-spread setups;
• Multi-day stock setups;
• Entry triggers, stops, and targets;
• Lifecycle updates; and
• Daily market-regime research.

This plan is not available for purchase until AOD announces that enrollment has opened.

AOD Alerts

$99/month or $990/year

This plan may include:

• Index alerts covering instruments such as SPX, SPY, QQQ, NDX, and IWM;
• Stock weekly-option alerts;
• Same-day trade setups;
• Entry, contract, risk, and exit-plan information;
• Private Discord and Telegram delivery; and
• Member question-and-answer channels.

Full Desk

$129/month or $1,290/year

This plan combines the features offered through AOD Alerts and Swing Stocks & Credit Spreads and may include access to additional alert history and research archives.

AOD may modify its plans, prices, included features, or availability. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Educational Use Only

All research, alerts, messages, discussions, scanner results, and other subscriber content are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes.

AOD does not provide personalized investment advice. Subscriber content does not account for your financial position, experience, objectives, risk tolerance, tax circumstances, or portfolio.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to place, modify, or close a trade and for all resulting profits, losses, fees, taxes, assignments, and other consequences.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are processed through Whop or another payment provider identified at checkout.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. The exact price, billing period, and renewal date will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee and taxes at the beginning of each renewal period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel through your Whop account or the payment provider identified at checkout.

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Once a renewal charge has been processed, the subscription is considered renewed.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Unless access is terminated for violating this Agreement, you may continue using the subscription through the end of the period already purchased.

No-Refund Policy

Because AOD provides immediate access to digital content and subscription services, AOD does not offer refunds, returns, credits, or prorated reimbursements, including when a subscriber:

• Does not use the Services;
• Misses or does not receive a particular alert;
• Does not complete required account-activation steps;
• Dislikes or disagrees with the content;
• Experiences trading losses;
• Forgets to cancel before renewal; or
• Is removed for violating this Agreement.

This policy is subject to any refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Account Activation and Delivery

Some paid features may require you to connect or activate Whop, Discord, Telegram, or another third-party account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Completing all required activation steps;
• Maintaining compatible accounts and devices;
• Enabling the notifications you wish to receive; and
• Protecting your account credentials.

If paid access is unavailable within one trading day after you complete the required steps, contact support@aioptionsdesk.com.

Content Restrictions

Subscriber content is licensed for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not:

• Share account credentials;
• Forward or repost alerts;
• Copy subscriber-only Discord or Telegram messages;
• Publish screenshots or recordings of paid content;
• Redistribute emails or research;
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AOD content;
• Scrape or automatically collect subscriber content; or
• Help another person gain unauthorized access.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without a refund.

Community Conduct

AOD community channels are intended for constructive, respectful discussion. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or target another person;
• Post discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material;
• Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products;
• Impersonate AOD personnel or another member;
• Manipulate or encourage manipulation of a security;
• Post personal or confidential information without authorization; or
• Disrupt the community or evade moderation.

AOD may remove content or restrict access when it reasonably believes conduct violates these rules or threatens the community. Serious violations may result in immediate termination. When practical, less serious violations may receive a warning before termination.

Moderators are not required to answer every question. Any response from AOD staff or community members remains general educational information, not personalized investment advice.

Service Availability

AOD generally operates around U.S. market hours. Live coverage may be unavailable on weekends, market holidays, scheduled breaks, vacations, illness, emergencies, maintenance periods, or because of circumstances outside AOD's control.

Market conditions determine whether qualifying setups exist. AOD does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of alerts;
• Daily trading opportunities;
• Continuous community participation;
• Immediate or error-free delivery;
• A response to every subscriber question; or
• Profitable results.

AOD may use additional contributors or moderators to provide research, commentary, and community support.

Third-Party Services

Whop, Discord, Telegram, Tradier, market-data providers, internet providers, and other third parties may be necessary to deliver portions of the Services. AOD does not control their availability, security, policies, or performance.

An interruption or delay involving a third-party service does not guarantee a refund or subscription extension, except where required by law.

Acceptance

By purchasing, renewing, accessing, or using a paid subscription, you confirm that:

• You have read and accepted this Subscription Agreement;
• You have reviewed AOD's Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosures;
• You understand that trading stocks and options involves substantial risk;
• You understand that AOD does not provide personalized investment advice; and
• You accept the billing, cancellation, no-refund, content-use, and community rules above.
